Adding and removing distribution group members
Editing the members of a distribution group specifies the user accounts and other distribution groups that are included in the distribution group.
Note Editing an distribution group's properties is performed separately as described in Creating, editing, and deleting distribution groups.
To add members to a distribution group:
- In the Settings view, expand the name of the workspace in which the distribution group exists that you want to edit and click Distribution groups. A page listing the existing distribution groups appears.
- On the Actions menu of the group that you want to edit, Edit members. A page listing the current distribution group members options appears.
- Select members from the Users and Groups lists on the left (workspace) side of the page that you want to add to the distribution group. To select multiple random users, press and hold the Ctrl key while clicking user names. To select a range of users, select the first user in the range and then press and hold the Shift key while selecting the last user in the range.
- Click the right arrow (-->) button. The page refreshes to show the selected members added to the Users and Groups lists on the right (group members) side of the page.
- Click Back to group list. The page listing the existing distribution groups appears.
To remove members from a distribution group:
- In the Settings view, expand the name of the workspace in which the distribution group exists that you want to edit and click Distribution groups. A page listing the existing distribution groups appears.
- On the Actions menu of the group that you want to edit, click Edit members. A page listing the current distribution group members options appears.
- Select members from the Users and Groups lists on the right (group members) side of the page that you want to remove from the distribution group. To select multiple random users, press and hold the Ctrl key while clicking user names. To select a range of users, select the first user in the range and then press and hold the Shift key while selecting the last user in the range.
- Click the left arrow (<--) button. The page refreshes to show the selected members removed from the Users and Groups lists on the right (group members) side of the page.
- Click Back to group list. The page listing the existing distribution groups appears.
